Returns & Exchanges

At Halo Fashionwear, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
